The rules for using BeerFund.
The agreement
BeerFund is run by Loreggian Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use BeerFund.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Only join a club you actually belong to, only claim the roster entry that is you, and use one account for yourself.
Fines are between you and your club
BeerFund records amounts your club says are owed to it. It does not take, hold or move money. Settling up happens between you and your club, and we are not a party to any club's fines, rulings or disagreements.
Your club's admins run its ledger: the price list, the roster, the rulings and who has paid.
What you post
You are responsible for the fines, reasons, defences and photos you post. Keep it within the spirit of the club. We do not tolerate:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech;
- sexual or explicit material;
- photos of anyone in a private or humiliating situation they have not agreed to share;
- anything that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to post.
Club admins can remove fines. Raise a problem with your club's admin, or email support@loreggian.com. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules.
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to store it and show it to your club so that the app can work.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
The service
We provide BeerFund as it is and as available. We may change or stop parts of it, and will try to give notice before switching it off.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of BeerFund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
